Steel Mill By-products Processing
Power Zone Contracting Co. (PZC) has been awarded another long-term contract with Hadeed/SABIC Blending, recognizing the company's expertise in recycling waste products and transforming them into valuable, marketable materials. PZC has a long-standing history of developing innovative recycling processes, creating a Saudi Arabian market for these by-products, which results in significant cost savings and environmental benefits.
PZC operates its own state-of-the-art Computerized Blending Plant, enabling the company to meet the demands of a competitive market. These blended by-products are highly sought after by the cement industry, and Hadeed benefits by selling the converted waste materials to their customers. Additionally, this process frees up stockpile areas for Hadeed, allowing for further operational efficiencies and added value.
This entire operation is managed by PZC’s team of highly trained personnel, with over 25 years of experience in the field. The project operates 24/7 with full equipment support, ensuring continuous and efficient recycling and blending services. The blended materials are used in the cement industry as clinker, with certain elements in the material contributing to significant cost savings for cement manufacturers.
